Sounds like fun. Wish I could go to more comps. Damn buget.

There is an event in Loveland, CO in July that my wife and I may be attending. Just spectating. Will be my first experience at an actual comp.

        You familiar with this one?

        Really looking forward to it.

Yes I know the event, have not been to it yet though.

Also in September we have one here in Grand Junction if you don't make Loveland, you and the wife are more then welcome to come cook with my team in September in Junction. Always like to help new people learn the competition, don't win a lot but have a ton of fun.

Arranged with Skip today to bring my Paella pans down and feed Paella with the wine and cheese reception. These are my large wedding pans, feed about 150 people each.

That's cool bbally. If we don't make it to Loveland, I may take you up on that offer. It would be great to see some real pros in action and I could definately learn a few things.

I've never been to Grand Junction. One of my old high school buddy's mom moved there. I think she is still there, not sure.

September may be kinda tough. Harvest time here. We get pretty busy.

Thanks again for the offer. I'll let you know what happens with Loveland.
