                    Like it red baby, nice pics of both!
                    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                      Walk it through a warm room after you sear the outside. That ought to do it.

                      I typically order med rare when we go out.

                          The wife's steak was done on a Traeger Pellet Smoker with some Mod's.
