So, another year has come and gone, and my little girl is now two! Last year, we had a big birthday party bash for her, and this year it was even more crazy. And little Konker's likes her Q, so we figured about 55lbs. of meat, and 30 or so people to help eat it should be a good time.
15lb. packer
1/2 of a shoulder clod
1 Boston Butt
2 racks of spares(St. Louis style)
17 hours for that shoulder clod(well worth it)
Wish I had more pics of the meat, but It was gone as soon as I was done prep'n it!
Here's some pics, enjoy!
And as a special note, thank you to Captin Dan for the tutorial on Burnt Ends, first time I made them, first thing to disappear!
