no mention of rent for the restaurant or lease payments for the kitchen equipment.

150k for the furniture, business name and obligation to all those extra bills may not be as good a deal as you think.

It is down towards Colorado Springs somewhere. My guess house and other real estate will be expensive.

if all licenses are transferrable it may not be a bad thing.usually liquor licenses are not.
i'd take a personal visit to the town & talk to the chamber of commerce,city hall,& better business bureau to get stats on the town.
also ask the owner for some sales figures from the previous couple of years.
also,is the house they mention included?
and finally, why does this guy want to relocate to Belize??
Belize used to be a gret country for american ex-pats but not so much anymore so that raises a red flag in my mind.
