    Two birds in Tip's Slaughterhouse brine with a beer can for support. A small brisket rubbed with some of Louie's stuff. More pic's to follow.

            Man that ol plywood box is doin great...amazing...I can hit temps of 350 no problem...& that is seasoned inside.

                Yummy, Mike .... you'll be pleased with Tip's brine on those birds, it's a staple in my household. Can't wait to see some finished pics of your grub!
