Looks like LEETLE crushed red pepper too, eh? Whee! Very nice. I bet the PA juice really tenders up the breasts...

Looks pretty darn good. And just a few hours ago, I was deciding what to make for dinner. Thaw chicken breasts or steaks. Went with steaks but wish this was posted earlier

Can you provide the amounts of the ingredients you used? Would like to make this this week sometime.

How big a pineapple can, garlic, crushed red pepper, garlic etc. Thanks....

Thanks a lot guys for the warm welcome!!!! This was by far the biggest hit with the DO so far

                    2 green bell peppers chopped
                    2 red bell peppers chopped
                    1 onion chopped
                    1 can pineapple (reserve juice)
                    1 ½ cups rice
                    1 cup orange juice
                    ¼ cup lemon juice
                    ½ cup brown sugar
                    ½ teriyaki sauce
                    3 Tbsp garlic salt
                    3 Tbsp crushed red pepper
5-6 chicken breast or maybe a pork loin

Mix the Bell peppers, onion, pineapple and rice in DO. Mix OJ, PJ and lemon juice (no more then 2 cups total) pour over vegetables and rice. sprinkle with half the garlic salt, brown sugar, teriyaki and red peppers. Put the chicken on top of the mixture and season with remaining dry ingredients. Cook at 375(ish) for and hour and a half

Nice! Like the idea with the pork also, but I could go either way if needed.
