    It may not be BBQ but its damn good :D but i cant eat like this when Mamas in town well she's gone for the weekend

    here’s my carnitas recipe,
    you start with some a pork shoulder dice it up in about 2x2 pieces marinate the pieces in lime juice & salt (kosher is what i used) over night. use a 1 to 1 ratio then deep fry them in lard

    Oh, now that's purty! It don't bother me to fry stuff in lard or fry potatoes in bacon grease. Good stuff. Thanks for the pics.

          the cooker is whats called a disco or discada its built out of a used plow disc its a must have that bad boy gets almost as much attention as my DS .

                Cooker?

                Need some more pics of that cooker. Seen a couple of disks, but nerver set up like that.

                I am currently in the hunt for an old disk but cannot find one this far north.

                              wow - have some artery clogging

                              You wouldn't eat it every day (and live) but I do like me some unhealthy food when I'm on my own.

                              Lime and pork is a perfect match.
