  • Pork Steak with Pics

Pork butt steaks have always been one of my favorites. Did a couple for the wife and I last night. 2 -3 hours @ 225-230º with a mixture of apple and maple .....

    Rubbed and ready to go:

    about 2 hours in:

    Let's eat:

Combined these with a few scalloped taters and some grilled asparagas.

All they are, really, is a pork butt that they cut into steaks. But they sure are good !!!

They have pork steaks out there, they just call them surfer guts or Venice Beach muscle man steaks, or something silly like that.
Or how about Long Beach bag lady cheeks?
Is Long Beach still a cesspool?
