              unfortionatlely not set up to upload photos from my current location but I can blow some smoke up your arse if the moment call for it. I can tell you how I smoked some bbs here at work(about 30 racks) and about half of them came back because they were raw(excessive smoke ring maybe). Please shoot me. Ill be smoking more this weekend but will have to give a good coat of fire red bbq sauce to keep the freaks at bay.

                I know what you mean. A family member came over for some ribs a couple weekends ago and asked "Are these gonna be cooked through or are the gonna be pink like last time?"

                I said "Yes and yes".
