  • Well Hello All ...

Hello to everyone. Richtee came over to Deejay's Smoke Pit forum to invite me over to check out this place. I recognized some names at the front door. Good to see some familuar names I haven't seen in a good long while.

Sorry to ere there's been another down turn in the place I hung my hat and promoted for so long. Maybe it's the time of year - who knows. It seems to happen this time every year.

Well some of you know me already, some only think you do! For those that don't I grew up on a small farm in New England and preserving food has been a big thing and has been one of my biggest hobbies since I was a kid - let's just say a very long time! I was taught a lot from the experienced old farmers and a lot by trial and error and I believe the things we learn should be shared. The internet is a great source for information and there’s no “one right way to do anything.”

So who is it that runs this place anyway? I couln't really tell.

    Happy smoking ya'll!
