I've been talking BBQ back & forth with my buddy Brian for a couple of years or so & he recently got a Traeger smoker & has been smoking some good stuff up when he getst time & our weather permits..... I have been talking to him about "The Fatty" and all the different possibilities for stuffing them & the most recent one I did with the cinnamon roll inside.... Well he had had enough & had to try one, so he started out with a cinnamon roll stuffed fatty.

His last email to me read: It worked & the boys spent their time mumbling the possibilities. The Coug (his wife) brought home Italian sausage, which is a little too strong - breakfast sausage would be less dominant. Very good, none the less.

I thought that you took that pic through a microscope...dang, I can see the fatty electrons orbiting aroung the fatty nucleus. I displayed it on my Living Room TV, and it busted out my windows it was so big.

Ya know Scott... I sure as hell never would have thought about doing a Fatty with a Cinimon roll inside. Good god that looks good. Makes me want to mix spicy sausage, maple sausage with some sage and syrup then put the Cinimon roll in there.
