  • Including the kitchen sink

    This project has been going on for awhile but phase one is up and running. This is an eleven foot sink. Sure is nice to clean the equipment.... Still have some scrubbing to do, it has been sitting for quite awhile, I did reseal everything.

    Man...Ain't big enuff! Naw that is real nice... Hate plumbing...gotta go to HD at leastest 3x's to get it right...

      I'd love to have something like that in my garage. Meat mixer would fit right in there.

          Oh, sorry...just had a flashback to my restaurant days....

          Yeah, those SS restaurant sinks would be a welcome addition to any sausage-maker's arsenal...LOTS of room, and those flexible sprayer heads can blast a lot of crud off in a hurry...

          If I had room for one, I'd be lookin...

              So do the partitions count as seperate sinks for the purposes of H&S regs ?

                              Yes, CA...a three-compartment sink is regulation...one sink for wash water, one for rinse water, and one with a sanitizing solution.....or, at least, that's the intention of the 3 sinks.
