Stufz Burgers - Trial run with pix!!

This is quite the contraption! Takes a little getting used to, butt works very well! Mom-Mom stuffed them, Pop-Pop grilled them... the feast:

Pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone, asiago, parmesan, basil, sliced tomatoes...





Spinach, mushrooms, jarlsberg, colby jack, cheddar...

The mix was 2 lb of beef, 1 lb of pork... we got 10 burgers, so that's almost 5 oz per burger total. Next time, I'd go with 6 oz... 4.5 to 5 oz bottom, the rest for the top. I was starting to have blowouts due to thinness...
