  • Smoking in the RAIN

    Took out some flank steak and marinated it over night, put in the smoker today along with some taters, onions and garlic............. got all the umbrellas ready!




    Flank is ready to go on.............



    and then on with the potatoes......... reds with skins left on.....

    Looks great, I wanna see what them spuds look like done!

    I used to have a nice offset umbrella like the one you have in the pic, wind got ahold of it one day and snapped it off at the top where the arm goes into the umbrella. Just watch it on a breezy day!

                            OK, ...................... yea I agree, I've always have had gas, but I'll have to wait untill this one kills over before replacing it, was allready here when I bought the place. The two biggies for me when looking at homes.......
                            #1 Shower, needs to be big enough to do what ever I want to in
                            #2 Backyard............... well you can understand this reason
