Found this in the store Corn Beef so had to smoke it lolol
over night with rub on


Now in to the smoker


and now out of smoker and cut it up and made Rubens , Sauerkraut smoked cheese on rye bread o and the beef

DTH...had me all wound up, do like a reuben. Bubba will come along to bust ya for no pic's! It does look great!
