    I said “hold my drink and watch this”:

    Strip her out:


    Put in the GrillGrates (forget the flame tamers):


    485 displayed , Bubba went for the fire extinguisher, time to switch the Auger into overdrive:


    580 and who know where I will go.


    Check the GrillGrates took the temp in the middle where there are not any holes:


    Time for Grilling.

          I dunno Pand... more than one steak place goes pyro for grilling. A local spot..I think they have a few places around tho... I think their grilling is done at 1400...

                MY Brother was the executive chef for Ruth Cris in Seattle and their grill cooked at 1200degrees he told me they could grill a rare steak 1 1/2 minutes per side
