It's my friend Dave's birthday party tomorrow, and it's supposed to rain, so I decided to smoke the sides to day. I'm making some deviled eggs, and some Dutch's wicked beans...

I put the beans into two smaller pans, I need a bigger smoker

Nope, I just put them in raw @ 250 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

DAMN!!! Eggs over cooked, two actually exploded in the smoker, next time only going to cook them for two hours, what a mess. The beans on the other hand are awesome.
