  • Turkey Thighs on the MINI

Spring is here and it was almost 60*, so a smoke was in order. A couple of turkey thighs in a simple brine and Byrons Butt Rub.

Fired up the mini with some Wicked Good Lump

    Just about done

and plated with some garlic mashed taters and green beans

Have I ever mentioned that I love that little smoker? Well I do. Thanks Steve.

I was just thinking that very same thing. I would have to get a remote control truck also!
