Off work with a sore hip today so I thought I would post some pics of past smokes.

Most of the wet stuff is from earlier on. Mostly dry now.

Edmonton was Hunkified today when my shipment finally arrived!

What should I use it on first? Hmmm So much meat so little time!

I notice a lot of people ue their Hunky on ribs more than anything else so why not do up a few racks of spares or BBs?

Actually, that was the first stop in Canada after the Montana border crossing.
It is a tourist information stop. Alberta is a major source of dino bones.

The last thing I tried it on was a tray of deviled eggs for the grandson's birthday party. They went in a hurry.
