As the Montreal seasonings I have are pretty "chunky", which I don't really like & will "process" it a bit more in the spice mill.... How much fennel are you thinking with the given recipe? I like the course black pepper. need to find time to drill larger holes in the top of the shaker. To me, for beef...Magic and some rosemary, extra thyme and more CBP. Just sayin. |
