    Love the looks of that.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Yeah...BBally did a test at Cooking.com, hmmm maybe posted here too- using it in a catfish fry...he really liked it.

Bet it does dress up the tilapia- which to me, is a rather bland fish. Good, but not much flavor.

Yep, I have used it before a couple times on Tilapia, but don't think I posted it..... I think next time I will go for the "Blackened" version.... The areas that did form that blackened crust were awesome!..... Only other thing I added was a little salt..... I did these in EVOO.... .Next time butter

This may be my favorite thing for MH.

Everytime I skillet up some white fish (of any kind), people love the seasoning, and all I've been using is Mad Hunky on it.

Also, I diced up some zuchini and squash, and used a lil Lowrys, then a good dose of MH and my wife said "wow, the vegetables are really good tonight"
