Don't know what calendar I was looking at last when I thought I had to cook all this last week, but I was a week off...
I took a day of vacation to do this today for gigs this Saturday and next.
Heres the tub loaded up with 12 butts, halved, 128 lbs, and 44 lbs of chucks, and that's filled to capacity.
When the biggest chunk hit 165, I pulled all of them, dropped an apple juice/Sprite/Capt Morgan hit on them, foiled and back in the tub shooting for 205.
Got the chucks on about an hour after the butts, the biggest one hit 165 right after I got the pans of butts back in. Here they are with a douse of worc. sauce, bourbon and water.

Got everything off and into the coolers for a rest. Figger I'll start pulling and bagging in about an hour, looking at a long night! The Captain slowing me down a bit too...
