using up last of my dehydrated morels, rehydrated, saved and filtered some of the liquid for use in the rissoto.

found this in freezer, thought that was gone long time ago. usually they dont make the trip home but this one did,
lightly rubbed with some a Blues & Cues rub... knew it had brown sugar in it so didnt want to over do it and burn this baby so went pretty light on it.
on the weber
had some sauted onions and morels in a foil bag on the gril to keep hot.
here we go, coals were a bit on the cool side so i think the outside overcooked a bit. pulled at 125 and rested but seemed just a tad over cooked for me taste. still pretty good though!!!
