This is one of my favorites...Grill some links, after they cool dice'm up along with diced bell peppers, olives, add bread crumbs, egg, pasta sauce, and cheese....Mix well. I prefer to clean the gills out of the caps. Stuff the caps..I prefer to keep the stuffing level with the cap ..cooks better for me. Also cooked some califlower on the grill with evoo, salt, pepper, then at the end added some Parano cheese.
