Hi all, hope everyone is having a great mothers day weekend!
Yesterday I added a new hunk of Bovine to my Colossal Burger line up. This was a hoot to make and so darn tasty too. Stuff just drips, oozes and falls out on the plate or your shirt in my case. If it aint sloppy it aint right!

Ingredients:
4 1/2 to 5 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
1/3 Cup Worcestershire sauce
16 slices moist Mozzarella
8 slices Canadian bacon
1/2 package real bacon bits
Mad Hunky Meats Original Rub
4 Pineapple Rings
16 slices of Pepperoni
Chopped Olives add tsp per burger
1 Jar Ragu Home-style Pizza Sauce
1 Sweet Onion
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1-2 Tbsp Coarse Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Large Egg
Jim Beam Red Stag for the Cook! Key item!
These were slow cooked using hickory pellets on my Yoder YS640. I pulled them once the internal temp was between 155 and 160 degrees. All details are in the video. Here are some pics as well.
