I had a couple red oak planks..So I soaked them in water for a bit, then layed some strips of green onion down a placed the fish on top of them.
I haven't tried the M/H on fish yet so I figured WTH why not although 1 piece got a Chesapeak bay rub ....This fish turned out very well with a slight hint of smoke and the seasonings went very well with it.. Fish came off flakey and moist...The artichoke didn't make the photo...
