Howdy Gang! Guess everyone moved over here now. That's fine with me, Jeff could be a bit weird at times, still a good guy and I do love his sauce and rub even if it was $15.

Guess I'm finally losing my wife though, don't even ask... Things got really bad after getting laid off and then IKE... I'm running out of cash but still smoking, brisket, bacon, butts, jerky, chicken and ribs. (pork and Dino).

I'm also going to be heading down to Mexico in a couple of days to help a friend crew his sailboat from PV to La Paz! That s should be fun, get my butt the hell out of Texas for a few unemployed days anyway, and maybe I'll get to try smoking some Mexican fish. It's good to be back with y'all though. Hope all y'all are well. But you might not hear much from my end until we get the boat to shore in PV. Y'all take care, and Richtee and Walking dude, been missing you both. Now that the FAA is off my back we need to talk Steve.

Welcome Jim glad you joined the crowd. Have a safe trip. Take some pics of the trip and share them with us. Any chance you could mount like an ECB or something on there to stay in practice. Jobs are tough to come by. Maybe Pickens has a crew thats hiring putting up windmills or something.
