Egg on a burger are the ticket, love mine with runny yolk oozing down the burger.

That's some good looking fuel for the face

ya gotta do it son! i tried my first one a while ago... get one on my burger every time i can. it makes a TON of difference. gives it a whole other level to the flavor profile. just try it once... worst case scenario, you "waste" a burger and send it to me. lol.

taste-wise, i prefer a runny yolk. as far as keeping things clean though, you need to break the yolk and almost have a semi-scrambled egg. however, my burgers are never clean and are always running with juices and other condiments anyway, so a little extra gooey-ness never hurts. lol.

That was what I was aiming for but the yolk broke so I just cooked it well done. I folded the edge up so the meat and cheese would show in the pic.
                      Thanks for the comments.
