Lit the charcoal to do me a Hunkified CockSpatched chicken..... Wife unit said, oh hey.... ummm.... can you grill me some fish since you got the grill started?.... said sure.... Tilapia 3 different ways *Mad Hunky *Lemon Pepper *Basted with Jalapeno sauce-Asian sweet/hot pepper sauce, honey & balsamic..... Got that done & wife unit says our 16 y/o is on his way home, can you grill him a burger or 2?..... sure no problem..... Get them done & lit another funnel of charcoal cause now I get to start on me chicken.... Wife unit says our sons friend is coming over to stay the night, can you throw a couple more burgers on for him ...... sure no problem.... ..... Did finally get to eat the chicken about 9:30 .... But that's ok, I would not have it any other way.... Or, maybe I would ..... Used some off brand of charcoal (Char King I think it was?)...... That was the only thing available in a little town grocery store I was coming through the other day & its crap.... Tons of ash, crumbles, long time to light & about 1/2 the burn time of Blue K & less heat.... Beware of that stuff
