Have done a lot of ABT's and seen some stuffed Bell peppers but had never tried one.... Tonight, stuffed a Yellow one with a mixture of shredded smoked pork, pizza blend cheese, diced Pepperoni, diced Artichoke hearts & some pizza sauce.... Toped with more cheese & smoked with the Ring -0- fire in the Smokey Joe for about 1.5 hour with Vine Maple..... If you have not yet tried this, I highly suggest it..... I was missing out...... Fantastic ..... Very simple & filling also

Nice. Smoked peppers are awesome. So, was that a minion ring of fire or an Alton Brown ring of fire?BBQ Eng.

Yep, credit is due here for sure. Really looks tasty! Walle, like the poblano way of thinking also. Stuffed peppers rock!

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

How well did the ring -O- fire work for you?
D, you have a Weber Smokey Joe right? ...... I cook quite a bit just for meself & love that little thing & it's easy on fuel compared to the 22.5" kettles. Fun to play around with, you might think about using yours when just cooking for you. Just a thought, I know a lot of folks on here own one.sigpic
