Smoked up some Cheese with the new Amazen Smoker Thanks Rob.Did Havarti,Tillamook extra Sharp,Mozz and Monterey Jack half plain and half Rubbed with Smitty's.Thanks Craig.Turned out awesome.The Jack was done 2 weeks ago.Awesome flavor.The smoker ran for 4hrs. with two tunnels full.Maybe too much for the White Cheese we will see The pics of the Cheese in the packages didn't come thru Something to do with Resolution.Thanks for looking.

Looks great Raymond! You don't need to water down pellets. just fill each row 3/4 the way up with pellets and light it. Let theflame burn a minute or two and blow it out. It works great with pellets. At least it has the 4 times I have used it this way.Smoke it.. and they will come!
