    cheese time

    I was craving some smoked cheese went to the freezer and there wasn't any... so I went to the store.



    figured I better do a good size batch.Here it is going in with some peach wood in the amazing smoker( I love this thing)



    and ofcourse this shot is from the Richtee school of photography



    tomorrow it will get vac'd and put away to season..

    Ahhhhh......smoked cheese.
    Does it get any better? Great assortment, I gotta try the Dubliner cheese smoked, one of my favorite cheese!
