At the top on the back side there are a bunch of vent holes. You can see them in the first picture. Seems real flexible, been wanting to try it out. Worked fine.

Mr R! Hard to find white cheddar out here... had some in Wisconsin a few years back that was mighty fine... Yes you are going to have some fine eats outta that batch.

I get it at Sams Club, $9 and change - in the "Deli" section by the meat. It is really good to start with, smoked - MMmMMMmm!
