Hi All,
If this question has been covered, I'm sorry to rehash it.
With that said, Does anyone here have a Medow Creek TS60 smoker.
I'm interested in opinions of this smoker.

I don't own one, but have cooked on the TS120... wonderful cooker! You cannot go wrong with Meadowcreek IMHO! :thumb:

Looks nice, but way over priced in my opinion but yet I build smokers to sell. However metal prices are sky rocketing right now.

had to look again, it is tiny for that price. Take a look here (http://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13077&page=6) don't get me wrong it looks like good work so if you do go that way you will be happy I am sure...maybe not your check book tho

you are a very talented individual. The pictures of "Laquisha" makes me want one of those. Have you checked the temps across the cooking chamber of it?
does it maintain even temps?
thank you for your post of the build.

Nice smokers, but $2150 is a hell of a lot of $ for a smoker with a grate measuring 18" x 23"

Klose also makes a dam good smoker for a lot less.

True dat, I love me Klose!

But those Meadowcreeks are reverse flow, and are a real pleasure to cook with as well.

We build Reverse flow units, and can do it for a lot less than that.

I have seen that around....For that price i would look into a backwoods....if that your capacity needs....

Have say though...MeadowCreek builds fine units and unless quality has slipped....you cant go wrong IMO...:thumb:

The picture makes it look so tiny...but the specs say its 56 inches long...Thats nearly as big as my longhorn...However I have 20 X 40 cooking surface...that thing must have a huge firebox...
