Made up some sweet spicy pork patties. Put two of them on some big bellas. Indirect smoked them on the weber.
I loved the mushrooms but truthfully the patties carmelized up more and were maybe a litttle better. Maybe should have gone longer on the shrooms.
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs mushroom flavored dark soy
1 tbs garlic shrimp chili paste
3 tbs sweet chili bento sauce
2 lb. ground pork
1/2 to 3/4cup panko bread crumbs
3 green onions chopped
Mixed the liquid ingrediets in with the green onions. Then worked in the pork and panko. Made patties and stuffed shrooms. It was a litttle wet but after an hour in the weber they came out nicenmoist.
