normally i like it blackened but for this round i went fried

my breading mix(now for sale)
corn flour (masa)
tony c's(green can)
onion powder
gran. garlic
old bay blackened season

penne pasta
generic garlic alfredo sauce

french bread w/ evoo,real butter,mozza,grated parm cheese,& fresh grated basil.

the bread is interesting. I love the fresh sweet basil on it. do not know if it okay to do,but I am thinking I would put the chicken pasta on the bread and made a sammie out of her.
