GROUND BEEF & WILD RICE CASSEROLE

1 CUP Uncooked Wild Rice - SOAK Rice OVERNIGHT in Bowl of Water
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Large Can of Sliced Mushrooms (drained) – 13.5 oz
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes IN 1 CUP BOILING WATER
1 Crumbled Bay Leaf
1/4 TSP EACH of Celery Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
SAUTE IN BUTTER - 3/4 Cup Chop CELERY AND One Small Chopped Onion
1 1/2 - 2 LBS Ground Beef - Browned and Drained.
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
Put ALL in large casserole and bake COVERED for 1 1/2 HRS. @ 350*
(OR Cook in Crock Pot)
Add More Bouillon if it gets dry (Can Freeze before baking)
