So Fishawn asks what are BBQ'n this weekend? I answer with hey I am broke going to make fishsticks. Welcome to my pity party folks. Anyway spur of the moment get together with family, and a lucky lottery scratcher =

There was also a couple of Tuna steaks, but they are out of frame. A few points to mention...
    1. Used 2 packets of samples I got from Tasty Licks BBQ
    a. Black Bart's Brisket rub
    b. Redeye Red Meat Rub these combined made it taste pretty good.
    2. I have fallen in love with Boneless Chuck Roasts. In my opinion much more forgiving than a brisket, and since I primarily am using a 18'' Weber much more logistically(is that a word) feasible.
    3. The Brats are Foster farms chicken brats and that's why the light color.
    4. My family really enjoyed these. Sorry there aren't more pictures, but I was corralling a nephew and niece as I cooked. As well doing other "chores" for mom.
    5. To give a rough idea that piece of bread is about 10'' long.

I do love me some chuck roast...Around here I find arm roasts from time to time...Its still part of the chuck but has less of the big veins of fat running through...Nice to slice...

Yours looks real good...one pic is all it takes sometimes
