Finally made some of Checkered Past's hot italian sausage, threw a few on the grill along with some peppers and onions. Grabbed a chuckie and smoked 'er on the kettle, along with some marinated boneless chicken thighs. Made some burnt ends of the chuck roast and did up a yardbird to keep them company. Busy weekend outback. Thanks for looking.

The hot italian was fabulous...did some mild too at the same time, but I believe I measured wrong, as they came out a bit spicy. All in all though, I would give Checkered Past's sausage spice an A+Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
