  • CP's hot italian sausage, chuckie, and chicken on the kettle

Finally made some of Checkered Past's hot italian sausage, threw a few on the grill along with some peppers and onions. Grabbed a chuckie and smoked 'er on the kettle, along with some marinated boneless chicken thighs. Made some burnt ends of the chuck roast and did up a yardbird to keep them company. Busy weekend outback. Thanks for looking.

The hot italian was fabulous...did some mild too at the same time, but I believe I measured wrong, as they came out a bit spicy. All in all though, I would give Checkered Past's sausage spice an A+
