  • Topsy Turvy

I just bought a couple topsy turvies, you know,
those devises that you grow your tomato plants
upside down?? they are suppose to grow bigger,
juicier tomato's and grow them much faster. Seems
    interesting.

I'm laying the plants in the morning and I will keep
you all posted on the progress. Let's hope it turns
out well. Nothing like making your sauces with fresh
    tomato's.

I'm gonna try this with some 5G buckets. Interesting.

I'll be interested to see how those work out. It's been too cold here to plant anything. I'll just have to watch yours grow.

I know I poked fun at that plant grower a few weeks back and had a few members defending it and that type of grower.. If they say it or that style grower works.. Is good enought for me.. Keep us posted..

I did it last year with a 5 gallon bucket and never saw a tomato off of it. The watering is an issue with it. If you get a dry spell, the amount of water you give it is a touchy situation. Maybe I did something else wrong too. Good luck with it anyway.

doesn't the sun move in your part of the world? sure they grow towards the sun.........it gets sun on one side in the morning, and the other side in the afternoon..........i would think, that would even out the plant...........

No your supposed to put the seed upside down

Besides, I don't see any upside down tomato plants.

I got numerous maters. Take a look here..... http://ohcripes.com/. On the left is I planter modified, that is what I did.
