This was from last summer. Just trying to get some ideas up so I'm sorry to those who have seen this before.
About a 5 lb pork loin wrapped in bacon and smoked. Pulled it from the smoker when it reached 160 and let rest. This was before we added the SFB to the CG duo. We also do not use this charcoal anymore but use lump now.
