Heres one I have used a few times with good results..

1 bottle of your favorite beer
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 TBS cider vinegar
1 TBS Your favorite Hot Sauce
    1 TBS paprika
    1 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup vegetable oil

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.. Lower the heat and simmer for ten minutes... Mop once every hour..

Thats a great mop, do yourself a favor and leave the oil out untill its all done simmering, then add it last.
If you add oil or butter to mop recipes to early, it prohibits the absorption of the spices and powdered ingredients.

heres one I used the other day on the overnighter

1 cup of beer allowed to go flat
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
        1/2 cup of soy sauce
        1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
        1 TBS cane sugar
        1 TBS GBP
        1 tsp non-iodized salt

simmer 15 minutes and allow to cool a bit .

        there ya go.

well, I did stay at a holiday inn last night!

I got it from Paul Kirk's "championship BBQ" great book, hundreds of recipes for just about everything you can imagine.

This is identical to the one that I use, but instead of using the Hot Sauce, I use dry Italian Salad Dressing 2 of the small packs or half of one of the big restaurant packs
