Had a couple of racks of STL ribs in the deep freeze (forgot to get any prep pics, but i think that yall know the basics) thawed, coated with Plowboys bovine bold, that stuff rocks on ribs! and in the S.H. at 250* The wife stuck some sausages in there when i wasnt looking
2.5 hrs later foiled with apple juice, and the wife snuck some boid boobs rubbed with Pampered Chef Morocan Rub(left) and Pampered Chef Citrus Basil Rub (2 on the right) I think im gonna have to instruct her a lil bit so she can do this smoking stuff on her own. I ran out of foil so i am gonna see if i can tell a difference.
Yay, its done. The Pregnant chick can quit naggin now! Having fries and okra with it and T.H.'s Peanut butter pie for desert (Dang! That is the BEST Peanut Butter Pie I have ever had). The bottom rack in the front was not foiled. I think that i may have to scrap the foiling. Just enough bite to it and it was still moist
