  • I don't know what to cook this weekend.

    I have family come down and they all want ribs but I am in more of a chicken or pulled pork kinda mood. Heck I would prefer a chuckie or brisket also. Desicions decisions just kinda getting tired of always cooking spares....

        I am starting to think that is what is going to happen maybe I can sneak a yard bird on for me. Would really like some pulled pork but got to keep momma happy.

                  I actually fried some spam today delish between to slices of white. I think I have cooked ribs 5 out of the last 6 weeks. I feel like a cheap wh0r3 everyone only likes me for my racks.

                      I've cooked ribs 3 weekends in a row. Mainly cuz I'm obsessive compulsive and I've been working on that glaze in my video. Prolly gonna do two more racks this weekend. Not much beats a nice rack.
