Getting ready for a pig roast at work so today my job was to drive to Table Rock, Ne to pick up a hog roaster we were borrowing from the guy that slaughters our pigs for us. I had no idea I would be bringing back THIS
The roast isn't until tomorrow so we decided to get as much use out of this as possible while we had it. I loaded this baby up with about 200 lbs of shoulders and hams.
Fire in the hole!!
I was feeling like the cat that caught the mouse.
This Southern Pride unit has an automatic rotisserie and a foot pedal to move the racks during loading and unloading. It was so cool. Didn't get to stick around to pull the meat out as I was getting into overtime.
It was soo cool!
