  • Another boring kettle cook

    Marinated some boneless, skinless chicken thighs, threw on a coupe brats, sweet jersey corn and tossed together some broccoli slaw. Thanks for looking at dinner tonight.

    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

    I like that broccoli slaw stuff. I ues Italian dressing or an oil/vinegar on it, but it's good stuff!

                    Thanks guys. The marinade is Good Seasons all natural italian dressing. I buy the 4-pack packets, and mix with vinegar and oil. Also threw in some rub I had lying around for a little kick. Boneless, skinless thighs is my favorite chicken to smoke, hands down.

                      That's my favorite salad dressing made with OO and wine vinegar- good stuff!
