  • Practice smoke for the 4th/Breakin' in new Weber

Thought I'd throw some Chuck, Brauts, & Chicken on the new(for me at least) Weber. Man using a 22.5 makes a world of difference. Even smoked some potatoes. This was all done on the kettle with Kingsford BB, and hickory chips. Not pictured are the grilled squash, and zucchini.

Chuck roast w freebie samples rubs. Redeye Red Meat Rub, and Black Bart's brisket Rub combined from that fellow at www.FredsmusicandBBQ.com The juice is from when I foiled. I put some beer, BBQ sauce, and frank's red hot in the pan with a coursley chopped onion.
And I figured out to pour that juice on my next 2 potatoes.

Plated...I ate my piece of chicken on the way outside. I was very hungry.

Just as well... don't look like there was any room for it on the plate anyhow
