  • Well It's Wednesday...Getting Closer To The Weekend.. What's Smoking This Weekend?

    I'm outta big hunks of meat for smoking, grinding & eating in general with the exception of a 3# chunk of sirloin..... Might smoke that thing up on the WSM or finally attach me rotisserie to the kettle & spin it ...... Kinda Jonesing for some PP, might have to make a Cash & Carry run today.....

    Catering my company summer party...I haven't recovered from last weekend's 4th blowout yet...I'll get around to the pics from that one maybe tonight.

    On the menu...whatever I decide. I have carte blanch for whatever I want.

        dang....

        im still recovering from the past weekends cooks.

        Some protein will be grilled or smoked im sure of it.
        Just because you welded some shit together doesnt make it a WSM.

            Doing ribs for the annual Germanfest celebration in Syracuse on Saturday. 144 racks of BBs...and some assorted goodies for the day.

            Will be good times, they supply the beer!

                    I wanna try making pizza. I've not done that yet on the grill. I'm itching for something different. Meatloaf maybe? I'm sick of ribs and pull pork for a little while. Been making it every weekend for a few weeks. It's time to think outside the (fire) box. I've got some homemade bread going so tonight it's BLT sammy. Easy. Peezy. Louieeezzzie.

                          well I have been at it since 4 am 70# of hunkified pork butt in the smoker its finally starting to climb after a hour and a half stall should be done right around the 4 oclock mark then an 1 to 2 hour rest then pulling and banging for my buddy Joel's Daughters wedding on Saturday.Friday wil be another 80# of chicken
