I'm outta big hunks of meat for smoking, grinding & eating in general with the exception of a 3# chunk of sirloin..... Might smoke that thing up on the WSM or finally attach me rotisserie to the kettle & spin it ...... Kinda Jonesing for some PP, might have to make a Cash & Carry run today.....
