Cut up and marinated 7lbs last night. Ran out of room in the smoker so the other 3lbs went into the dehydrator. Well, I kicked up the temp on the smoker to 200 to get the chips going but forgot about it when I started filling the dehydrator. Walked outside and found they got cooked for a good 10 minutes. Pretty sure they are going to have to get tossed

I figured you'd ask...Dehydrator jerky turned out better, had to toss some from the smoker for getting way too dry but you guys were right, most turned out alright.
First pic is the pos slicer I bought awhile back for bacon, it decided to crap out after 5 uses. The pic of the meat on the dehydrator rack is actually some of the mess from the smoker, the rest is a mixture of the good pieces. Taste was pretty good, needs more heat for me but others think it's just right. Glad you guys talked me into saving what I could!Attached FilesMES SS
