Fired up the Bandera this morning and threw in a couple of shoulders I picked up yesterday. Trimmed and rubbed them with evoo and my rub last night and threw them in the fridge. Using oak today, keeping temp 225-250. Eggs should be done shortly. I will be putting the thighs in later, they will be for dinner tonight.

They DO look good. I have thought about doing some but never did. Love eggs no matter how ya make 'em. Smoked egg salad, yum.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
